The Røldal church is a centrum for pilgrim.

The new building is situated at the eastside of the church.

The building mirrors the pilgrimspath over the mountains and got the exterior shape from the naturally surrounding.

The Roof is shaped after the surrounding mountains.

A long glasfront opens toward the side of the church.

The two different floors are placed in an angle to eachother and differs through the kind of used materials.

As main material serves shaped concrete, stone and wood.
